Account Activation for New Members
All users signing up for a forum account will need to wait until the Administrator verifies that the details entered are valid. This is to prevent people from spamming the forum an using known spam email addresses.
Please make sure to add the below email address to your safe senders list so it is not tagged as SPAM
We will check that you used a valid email address, any accounts created with an email address that bounces back as non existant, will be deleted.
If you still have problems or feel we have missed you out, send an email to admin@maltafishingforum.com from the email address you used to register your forum account.

2010 - Malta Fishing Forum Optional Membership Fees

Only some parts of the forum will remain free for guests to read/post through the threads and topics, in other area's they will only be able to see the index listing the various topics under discussion but not access/reply to them.
Those existing members who have registered for an account on the forum will be designated MFF and they will have various boards which they can access and post.
Those wanting full access to all the forum boards, and to view/post within the gallery will need to sign up as Premium members. This is different from 2009 but we feel that people have gained alot for free from the Malta Fishing Forum over the past few years. Should you wish to have full access we ask that you help contrinute to the considerable annual costs, with a very basic member fee of €8. In return for your support we give you a membercard that entitles you to extensive discounts locally.
New members will have 2-3 days of unlimited access (Category: Temporary Access) to view the forum so that they can see all the content and decide if they want to join as a Premium/VIP Member or retain basic free viewing/limited posting.
Existing regular members will still have certain boards availble to them to post in, just a reduced number.
The new online restrictions will came into full effect on 1st January 2010, however effective immediately only premium and VIP members can view the gallery.
VIP Membership will cost €20 per year with a special designation within the forum of 'VIP Member'. As a VIP member you will gain access to certain additional restricted priviledged boards as well as getting special entrance fee's for competitions, unlimited non-commercial classified listings that you can upload directly, and discounts from various companies, including recognition within the forum of VIP Member.
You will also have unrestricted access to the gallery for uploads, creation of personal galleries etc.
Your forum identification card will show 'VIP Member'
Premium Membership will remain at only €8 per year and will give you access to the discount scheme with various companies, a reduced entrace fee for competitions and the recognition within the forum of Premium Member. You will be entitled to view and upload pictures of your catches to the gallery, but you will not have access to personal galleries. You have full access within the forum boards.
Your forum identification card will show 'Premium Member'
New Cards are printed approx every 12 weeks
